Dan, I'm fascinated by the thought of creating a "neutral state" to deal with immigrants. If congress can't agree on anything after 30+ years, I would think that they should entertain this.
Thanks. I agree. I'm actually working with a candidate for the US House, and I'll pitch this idea to him. I think an international fund could be set up for this purpose, where the cost would be spread among many nations, not just the United States.
